Data we process and purpose

Through the contact form we collect name, email, organisation and message, for the sole purpose of handling and replying to your enquiry. Data is sent to our backend (api.in3-insight.cloud) and emailed to the IN-SIGHT team.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form and on the legitimate interest of handling commercial requests (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookieless web analytics

We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data — only aggregate metrics. That is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Third parties and hosting

Fonts are served from our own server (no third parties such as Google Fonts). The site is hosted by OVH.

Retention

We keep form data while handling your enquiry and afterwards for the legally applicable period.

What are your rights?

Your personal data is yours. You decide what to do with it, subject only to Ingerop’s legal obligations arising from your having provided and our having temporarily used it. You have the right to:

• Know what it is used for, the retention period, your right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), and whether automated decisions or profiling based on your data exist.
• Access your personal data.
• Request a copy of all your personal data.
• Have all your personal data erased.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Restrict processing to the purposes you choose, blocking the rest.
• Fully object to the processing of your personal data.
• Port your data to another provider in a commonly used, machine-readable format, where processed with your consent or under a contract.
